Associate Director / Senior Manager, Partnership Distribution Quality Assurance

This role supports the development and operationalization of a robust partnership management framework. The role acts as an interface between business units, Compliance, and intermediaries, supporting documentation quality, readiness for inspections, and effective control execution.

• Customer Due Diligence (CDD) / Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) Support
• Compliance and Quality Framework Development
• Regulatory and Assurance Support
• Liaison and Operational Advisory

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Law, or related field
• 5 years or above of experience in compliance operation or intermediary management
• Familiarity with Hong Kong insurance regulatory requirements
